Cancellation Policy
Some products in our store may be available through subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy programs. This policy explains how such purchases can be changed or canceled.

Subscriptions
Subscription orders are delivered on a recurring basis according to the period and frequency you select.
Your payment details are stored securely and you will be charged for each shipment unless you choose a prepaid option.
Some subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of the subscription period. If you do not want to renew, you may cancel your subscription.
You can cancel or change a subscription at any time where permitted. Your order confirmation email includes a link that allows you to manage your subscription.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order item, you are purchasing an item that is not currently in stock or is scheduled for future release. Depending on the payment arrangement, we may collect no payment or a partial payment at checkout, store your payment method, and charge the remaining amount later.
You may cancel a pre-order before full payment has been completed where applicable. Once the order is completed, cancellation may no longer be possible, although you may be eligible to request a full or partial refund. Please see our Return Policy for details.

Try Before You Buy
For eligible try-before-you-buy products, we may authorize your payment method before the order is finalized. You will have a specified period to decide whether to keep the product. If the product is not returned within that period, the full amount will be charged to your payment method.
