Shipping policy

1. Carriers and Delivery Areas
We ship within Japan and to selected international destinations.
Domestic orders are mainly delivered by Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, Japan Post, or another appropriate carrier based on your location and order details.

2. Processing Time
Orders are normally shipped within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Japanese public holidays.
Orders placed after Friday afternoon may be shipped on the next business day of the following week.
Pre-orders and certain special items may have different schedules.

3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees vary depending on the order amount and destination.

Domestic shipping: from ¥1,000 including tax.
Limited-time offer through October 31, 2026: free domestic shipping on orders of ¥3,500 or more.

The exact shipping fee is calculated automatically in the cart or at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Shipment
After your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can check delivery status through the relevant carrier's tracking service.

5. Delivery Address
Please note:
• If an order is returned because of an incomplete address, relocation, extended absence, or similar issue, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
• We cannot accept responsibility for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrectly entered address.

6. International Shipping
We currently ship to selected destinations in North America, Asia, and Europe.
International shipping fees, delivery times, customs duties, and related charges are shown on the relevant product page or at checkout where applicable.
