01|MISSION
Bringing Joy and Smiles through TCGs.
The moment you turn over a card, the thrill of winning a match, the pride of showing your collection. We keep creating products to make life with TCGs even more enjoyable.
02|VISION
Connecting players and collectors worldwide as a TCG accessory brand from Japan.
We aim to create products worthy of representing Japan on the global stage. Through the tools that support your passion, we hope to connect smiles around the world.
03 | It Started with: “If It Doesn’t Exist, We’ll Make It.”
We couldn’t find a magnetic card holder that truly satisfied collectors.
So we decided to make one ourselves.
That idea became our first step: a storage solution that both protects and presents your cards beautifully. YOROI began with one simple frustration.
2023
YOROI Is Born
04 | Sleeves Born from Player Feedback
The ideal sleeves, created from the voices of players.
In 2023, feedback from players led us to develop highly transparent, high-performance sleeves. Shuffle feel, visibility, fit—we aimed to support every important play at the table.
05 | Product Philosophy
Solving every problem that stands between you and the cards you love.
Cards warp, cloud, scratch, or become difficult to display. Every product idea starts with problems like these. We listen closely to both collectors and players and create the accessories they genuinely want.
Problem-solving comes first in everything we develop.
06 | Staying Close to Our Users
We want to be the TCG accessory maker closest to you.
Conversations at events, posts on social media, user surveys—we do not turn away from real feedback. We value satisfaction over best-seller status, and trust over efficiency. We want to make products you like even more after you buy them.
07 | Evolving through Co-Creation
“I tried it this way—here’s what would make it even better.”
We bring feedback into improvements and new ideas as quickly as possible. Rather than treating products as permanently finished, we want YOROI to keep evolving together with the people who use it.
08 | Listening Closely
Real connections matter.
We take part in events across Japan, host card-game experiences, and organize community gatherings. TCGs are about connecting people through cards, and we invest in creating more opportunities for those connections to happen. (Since 2024: Tokyo Game Market, Nagoya Rakuichi, Knights community gatherings, and more.)
09 | Support
Supporting independent tournaments and communities.
We want to change the idea that unofficial events cannot receive support. We actively sponsor independent tournaments and local events to help sustain player-led culture. (Since 2024: support for more than 20 organizations.)
10 | A Festival for TCG Accessories
Hosting a festival dedicated to TCG accessories.
Accessory makers, handmade creators, and 3D craftspeople come together at the TCG Supply Marche, an event we organize to put the people who support Japan’s TCG scene behind the scenes in the spotlight. It is a place not only to buy, but also to talk, show, and connect. (Since August 2025; held as a sponsored project commemorating Kasukabe City’s 20th anniversary.)
11 | Growing with Our Local Community
Growing TCG culture together with our community.
We actively organize community gatherings and local sponsorship projects in our hometown of Kasukabe, Saitama. TCGs are a modern form of play culture that connects generations and communities. We are working to create places where people come together through TCGs. (Since June 2025.)
12 | Building for the Long Term
Accessories that are kinder to the planet.
We respect both limited resources and the environment by selecting recycled materials and environmentally considerate packaging where possible. We also use a portion of our sales to participate in tree-planting activities. (Since 2025: participation in Japan’s National Tree-Planting Festival.)
13 | Social Responsibility and the Next Generation
Giving back through donations.
We donate a portion of our sales to organizations including the Japanese Red Cross Society and groups that support children. We want to return some of the joy we receive through hobbies to society, including to children who may become the next generation of players. (Since 2023.)
14 | Never-Ending Improvement
Continuous improvement is how we earn trust.
There is no such thing as “finished.”
Materials, shapes, sizing, distribution—we keep changing and refining.
Together with you, we will continue bringing better TCG accessories to the world.
