YOROI #SupplySantaProject Donation Completed

A new initiative from a Kasukabe-based TCG accessory maker connecting card games and society. By making support arise naturally from the culture around play, we put a new model of community contribution into practice.

Sunny Day Market Co., Ltd. (brand: YOROI), a trading-card accessory manufacturer headquartered in Kasukabe, Saitama, announces that its online charity campaign #SupplySantaProject, held from October 26 through December 7, 2025, sold 1,135 eligible products and generated a total donation of ¥56,750. The funds were donated to Ashinaga Santa, operated by the Japan Children's Homes Foundation.
For every eligible product purchased, ¥50 was donated. The campaign ran through Amazon, Rakuten Ichiba, the official YOROI Online Shop, and selected retail partners. It was designed as a way for participation in the culture of card games to naturally connect with support for children.
Donation Completed
Through the first #SupplySantaProject, Sunny Day Market sold 1,135 eligible products and donated ¥56,750 in a single contribution to Ashinaga Santa. The donation has been completed and receipt of the contribution has been confirmed.
The project was designed so that an everyday purchase of card-game accessories could directly support children.
Background
The trading-card market continues to grow, but there has been relatively little discussion about how the industries surrounding it can engage with society. As a supply manufacturer based in Kasukabe, we asked ourselves whether a company that supports play could also create a meaningful point of connection with social issues.
Card games are enjoyed across generations and are often closely tied to childhood memories. We wondered whether that enjoyment could become part of a cycle that supports the next generation, and that idea led to this project.
How the Initiative Worked
Customers could participate simply by purchasing an eligible YOROI Hyper Dry sleeve product. As a small manufacturer, we were able to move quickly from planning to execution and then incorporate feedback from users and retail partners into future improvements.
Despite being our first attempt, sales reached 1,135 units, exceeding our expectations.
Participant Reactions
During the campaign, we received comments on social media such as:
- “I hope as many children as possible can enjoy a wonderful Christmas.”
- “What a wonderful initiative.”
Retail partners also responded positively, including:
- “Thank you for inviting us to participate in such a meaningful project.”
The circle of support expanded through cooperation among the manufacturer, retailers, and users.

We plan to continue developing this initiative together with users, retailers, and companies that share the same concerns, adapting the format as we learn.
Looking Ahead
Companies involved in card games can do more than deliver entertainment; they can also consider how to engage with society. This project is one practical answer to that question.
The #SupplySantaProject is not intended as a one-time campaign. We plan to continue it and are considering future formats that go beyond online participation.
YOROI will continue working not only to protect cards, but also to connect the value surrounding play with society, together with users, retailers, and partner companies.
